Pork floss mixed with tofu
Overview
Lactone tofu, served cold or in soup, is smooth, tender and very refreshing. Simply paired with pork floss, it tastes fresh and salty, rich in texture, and very nutritious. When you have a bad appetite, have a plate like this, which can serve as both a dish and a meal, so you don’t need to eat anything else!

Steps
-
Draw a circle around the tofu box and peel off the sealing film;
-
Cover the tofu with a flat plate, grab the flat plate and the tofu box, and quickly turn it over with the bottom of the tofu box facing up;
-
Make a small hole in each of the four corners of the bottom of the tofu box; use the flat surface of a knife to gently tap the bottom and sides of the tofu box to separate the tofu from the tofu box (you can look through the four small holes to easily see if there is any separation)
-
Gently remove the tofu box. A whole piece of tofu came out!
-
Cut the tofu into 1.5cm square pieces; boil water in a pot and add a little salt. When the water is about to boil, carefully push the tofu into the water; reduce the heat to low so that the water in the pot remains at a boil, and blanch the tofu slowly;
-
The tofu cubes will slowly float to the surface of the water. You can use a slotted spoon to gently pick up the tofu cubes, drain and let cool; during the blanching process, the water should always be kept boiling. If the heat is too high, the tofu will break;
-
Place the tofu on a plate and sprinkle with pork floss;
-
Chop the chives into finely chopped green onions and cut the red pepper into small pieces;
-
Heat a small pot, add sesame oil and immediately turn off the heat, add chopped green onions and dried chili peppers and fry until fragrant;
-
Add appropriate amount of pepper powder;
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly;
-
Pour the oil, chopped green onions and chili peppers over the tofu and pork floss.
