This beef shortbread made by myself at home not only tastes good but is also very clean. It uses high-quality beef and is fragrant and slightly numb. The more you eat it, the better it tastes and you can't stop eating it.

Mix 250g flour + 15g oil + 4g salt + 2g baking powder + 150ml water to form a soft dough. Wake up for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 10 small portions and rest for 10 minutes.

Apply more oil to the surface to prevent sticking. Use a rolling pin to roll into a thin long strip.

Use your hands to shape a beef ball and place it on one end of the dough.

Fold over both sides of the dough to prevent the filling from being exposed.

After wrapping the beef filling, roll it up from one end of the filling to the other.

Let the rolled cake rest for another 10 minutes.

Preheat the electric baking pan, brush with a layer of oil and put in the cake base. Cover the upper plate of the electric baking pan for about 3 minutes.
