Prepare the ingredients, mince onions and tenderloins, cut leeks into sections, and shred kimchi

Heat a pan, add a little oil, stir-fry the minced onions until fragrant, then add the minced meat and stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, set aside

Pour all the prepared ingredients into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of kimchi juice, add flour, glutinous rice flour and eggs, and add a little water
