Overview

The oil used in today’s braised yellow croaker is non-GMO soybean oil provided by Jiusan Group.   1. Remove the scales and internal organs from the yellow flower oil, clean it, and dry it with kitchen paper

  5. Add the green onions, garlic slices and ginger slices to the pot and fry together with the fish until fragrant

  6. Pour cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, hot water, and salt in sequence, then cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes
