Overview
The two kids at home love steamed eggs, and my friend happened to ask for the recipe, so I took a photo of it for my friend’s reference.

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat the eggs with fine salt.

Add warm water and continue mixing until combined.

Filter the mixed egg liquid twice.

Use a spoon to drain off the fine foam on the surface.

Wrap the container with plastic wrap and place it in the steamer.

Cook over medium heat until the water in the steamer boils, then turn to low heat and steam for 10-12 minutes.

After steaming, add chives, scallion oil, and soy sauce to taste and serve.
