Ingredients: Tofu soak, soft tofu, green onions.

Wash the mushrooms and soak them in water until soft.

Chop the lean meat into mince, mince the green onion leaves, and save the green onion stems for use in stewing tofu. Pick up the mushrooms, squeeze out the water, and chop into small pieces. Don’t throw away the soaked mushroom water, save it for thickening. Put all the chopped ingredients into a large bowl, add salt, chicken powder, and cornstarch and stir evenly to make the filling.

Divide the soft tofu into four pieces and cut a small opening in the tofu bubble with scissors.

Two types of tofu are stuffed with meat fillings.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, and fry the filling side of the soft tofu.

Continue to fry until browned.

Add the stuffed tofu puffs.

Add abalone juice, fish sauce, sugar, and half a spoonful of cornstarch to mushroom water.

Make the sauce and mix well.

Pour it into the pan and keep the ingredients evenly soaked in the sauce.

Scatter the green onion stalks.

Cover the pot and cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.
