Overview

I grilled it once some time ago, and it was well received as soon as it was served on the table, so I thought of this way of eating fish again when I ate it again. The traditional spices used are chili powder, peppercorn powder and cumin powder. The taste of the fish with the spices is very enjoyable. It would be better if I had a glass of cold beer.

  6. Prepare a large plate, I cut onions into shreds and spread them on the plate.

  7. Put it in the oven again, turn it over after fifteen minutes, add the flour and drizzle with oil. Place in the oven and bake for another fifteen minutes.

  8. After the fish is obviously dry, you can drizzle oil again in the middle, but this is not guaranteed. Place on the plate prepared previously and top with chopped clover.
