Cut the cabbage into thin strips

Shred carrots

Chop lean meat into shreds, add cooking wine, water starch, light soy sauce, and pepper powder and mix well.

Pour oil into the wok, when the oil is hot, add shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked through.

After the water in the pot boils, add the whole egg noodles and cook until soft.

After taking out the cooked noodles, add dark soy sauce and sesame oil and mix for color, and mix well.
