Double pepper tofu puff
Overview
At noon, I made stir-fried tofu with hot pepper and red pepper. It’s also to quickly eat up the leftovers in the refrigerator. The weather is too hot, so I’ll do whatever I can and eat the ones that can’t be kept for a long time.

Wash the soaked beans, dry and cut into pieces

Chop onion, ginger and garlic, and chop hot pepper and red pepper

Heat the oil in the pot

Add pork belly and stir-fry

Add light soy sauce, pepper powder, onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add in tofu and stir-fry

Add water and salt and simmer for a while to absorb the flavor. Add the carrots

When there is very little soup left, add sharp red pepper and stir-fry, add chicken essence and take it out
