Braised Pork Leg Bones
Overview
Large pieces of pork leg are not easy to cook and will become tender, so it is easy to use a pressure cooker. Today I braised a pork leg bone and dipped it in the sauce for my family to have a good fall fat season.

Ingredients: Pork leg bones (already blanched, put in cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, scallions to remove the fishy smell and dirt of the pork), scallions, ginger, peppercorns, aniseed, cloves, cinnamon, hawthorn slices, rock sugar.

Put the pork leg bones into the pressure cooker, pour water to cover the pork leg bones, and add ginger and green onions.

Add various dry seasonings.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and cooking wine.

Bring the water to a boil, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

When the time is up, turn off the heat and continue soaking the pork in the juice for two hours, then take it out and tear it into small pieces.

Use light soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and sesame oil to make a dipping sauce, and you can enjoy the delicious braised pork.
