  1. Ingredients: Pork leg bones (already blanched, put in cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, scallions to remove the fishy smell and dirt of the pork), scallions, ginger, peppercorns, aniseed, cloves, cinnamon, hawthorn slices, rock sugar.

  2. Put the pork leg bones into the pressure cooker, pour water to cover the pork leg bones, and add ginger and green onions.

  5. Bring the water to a boil, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

  6. When the time is up, turn off the heat and continue soaking the pork in the juice for two hours, then take it out and tear it into small pieces.
