Wash the two chicken legs, remove the bones and remove the meat.

Cut into small pieces, add 1/4 of salt, 1 spoon of cooking wine and appropriate amount of pepper.

Chop ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers.

Then add 50 grams of starch to the chicken pieces and mix well with your hands.
