Prepare the ingredients

Add the green onions and saute until fragrant, then add the fungus and spinach and stir-fry

Put in water

After the water boils, add salt and soy sauce to taste

Add lactone tofu and water starch to thicken

Just add MSG. When eating, add chive flowers and pickled mustard for seasoning. (I don’t have day lily or other tofu ingredients at home, so I use spinach and fungus instead)
