Prepare the ingredients: wet noodles, coriander, and cucumber (forgot to take pictures).

Add an appropriate amount of water to the wok and bring it to a boil. Add the noodles. Spread the noodles into pieces to avoid sticking. Cover and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat when the chopsticks can be pinched off.

When the noodles are cooking, chop the coriander and grate the cucumber and set aside.

Drain the cooked noodles.

Cool the boiling water and drain the water.

Put it into a bowl, add coriander, cucumber and other seasonings you like, mix well and serve.
