Pork bone stewed with sauerkraut
Overview
Braised sauerkraut with big bone sticks is a home-cooked dish. The main ingredients are Northeastern sauerkraut and pork big bone sticks.

Blanch the big bone sticks in water and skim off the blood foam, add onions, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, salt and stew until cooked
