Cabbage, sea rice and pork dumplings
Overview
My favorite pasta is dumplings, I can’t get enough of them. The ordinary cabbage and pork stuffing, plus some umami-rich dried shrimps, immediately improve the taste.

Chop the pork into minced meat.

Finely chop onion and ginger.

Put the meat filling and minced onion and ginger into a basin, add seasonings and mix well.

Chop the pre-soaked dried shrimps.

Add the water for soaking the sea rice into the meat filling and mix well.

Wash and chop the cabbage.

Pinch the water into the meat filling and mix well.

Add eggs and appropriate amount of water to the flour and knead it into a dough. Let it rise for 15 minutes and then knead it until it is "three light".

Roll out the kneaded dough into dumpling wrappers.

Wrap into dumplings.

Put it in the pot and cook it.
