Revised Lamb Chop Bak Kut Teh

Overview

I had the Singaporean Bak Kut Teh soup on hand and I had lamb chops at home, so I made this Lamb Chops Bak Kut Teh. It was delicious!

  1. Wash the lamb chops and put them into cold water. After boiling the pot, remove and change the water.

  2. Bak Kut Teh soup stock and garlic.

  3. Put it in a casserole, add a few slices of ginger to remove the smell, bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat.

  4. Simmer for 40 minutes before adding carrots.

  5. Simmer for another 20 minutes, turn off the heat, add coriander and chives, and serve.
