Prepare all the ingredients (the tofu and dumplings are all made by yourself)

Cut king oyster mushrooms into hob pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant

Add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for a while

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce (a little), oil and salt and stir-fry for a while

Add meatballs, tofu, black fungus, add water over the tofu and bring to a boil

Pour into a casserole and simmer until the tofu is fragrant (about 10 minutes)

Add green pepper and stir-fry till raw
