Dried tofu with hot pepper
Overview
Dried tofu with sharp pepper belongs to Northeastern cuisine and is one of the popular dishes in Northeastern China. Northeastern people jokingly call it the national dish. A relatively cheap dish in Northeastern restaurants. Since the Northeast is rich in soybeans, the dried tofu is thin and chewy. It is cut into strips or slices, paired with hot peppers, and thickened with starch. Green and yellow, it goes well with wine and rice.

Cut the dried tofu in half lengthwise, and then cut into strips about 1.5 cm

Slice pork, slice peppers, mince green onions, mince ginger and garlic
