Cut the Japanese tofu into sections and use a small spoon to hollow out the middle and set aside.

Dice the pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, and winter bamboo shoots, blanch the shiitake mushrooms and winter bamboo shoots, and dice the red pepper and set aside.
