Beat the egg yolks and white sugar in ingredient A until the color becomes lighter and the white sugar is completely melted.

Add milk and mix well, sift in the flour and mix well to form a smooth batter.

Beat ingredient B until evenly distributed, add 1/3 to step 2, mix evenly.

Mix the remaining whipped egg white with step 3 and mix well.

Ladle 3 tablespoons of step 4 into the pan, turn the pan to make the batter form a round shape, and heat over low heat until bubbles form on the surface.

Flip and bake over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

Take 2 pieces from Step 6, apply a pinch of red bean paste on the light-colored side, and overlap them.
