Cumin nine tripe fish
Overview
The scientific name of the nine-bellied fish is faucet fish, which belongs to the family Asteridae. It is also known as a female fish, a shrimp, a tofu fish, a dog spit fish, a dog's milk fish, a dragon fish, etc. In my previous company, I often went to a restaurant to eat. The cumin nine-belly fish cooked there was very delicious. Whenever I ate there, the boss would order it. Nine tripe fish is very soft and will easily become rotten if cooked directly. So it is also suitable to fry it and sprinkle it with cumin powder.

Clean the nine tripe fish.

Cut into sections and put in a container.

Add salt, minced ginger, and rice wine, mix well, and marinate for about an hour.
