Overview

'Boiled shrimp' is the simplest and most delicious way to make fresh shrimps. The cooking technique of 'boiled shrimp' comes from Cantonese cuisine. It involves boiling soup or water, then boiling the ingredients until just cooked and taking them out. This is called 'boiled'.
