Soak rice and glutinous rice 1:1 for two hours (if you want to use it for breakfast, you can soak it the night before). Add 2 spoons of sugar and 3 spoons of white vinegar to the steamed rice while it is hot and mix well

Prepare materials

Spread out the egg pancake, it’s a bit mushy without adding oil~~

Chop sausage, cucumber, egg pancake, and carrot into strips (blanch the carrot in water)

Spread pork floss on the rice and start rolling it
