Pepper and scallion pancake
Overview
This was my first time making scallion pancakes. I consulted the methods of many people and they were all similar, so I chose a method that was easy to understand and operate. The finished product turned out to be a good scallion pancake. I will also challenge other methods and flavors in the future.

Mix salt, pepper powder and peanut oil

Knead the medium flour and hot water together into a dough and let it rest for 40 minutes

Take out the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts, let it rest for 10 minutes

Roll each portion of dough into thin sheets and coat with appropriate amount of pepper oil and salt

Sprinkle chopped green onion

Roll up the dough into strips

Roll the dough into a round cake

Then roll it into slightly thinner pieces and let it rest for 15 minutes

Heat the pan, heat the oil, put the scallion pancake base into the pan, and fry both sides of the pancake until golden brown
