Mushroom and carrot meat sauce
Overview
In order for the baby to eat well, I made this meat sauce that is perfect for rice and steamed buns. It contains carrots, walnut kernels, and sesame seeds, which is nutritious and delicious!

Soak the dried mushrooms one night in advance

Chop the carrots into cubes and set aside

Dice the soaked mushrooms and set aside

Lean meat also needs to be diced

Minced ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a wok, add vine peppers, fry until fragrant and take them out.

Add minced meat, diced mushrooms, and diced carrots in sequence and stir-fry until oil comes out.

Add an appropriate amount of soybean paste according to your own taste. Because it is for babies, I only put two spoons.

Toast the walnuts in the oven until golden, then chop into pieces and add to the pot.

Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the sauce, heat oil in another pan, and pour the hot oil on the sesame seeds.

Stir evenly and let cool before canning. Put it in the refrigerator and your baby can eat it for a week!
