Beer flavored chicken
Overview
As the name suggests, beer chicken is chicken cooked with beer, and the taste is definitely very special. Chicken is rich in protein, and beer is everyone’s favorite drink in summer. Beer-roasted chicken uses beer instead of water. After frying, the chicken is poured directly into the beer and stewed. The flavor of beer is incorporated into the meat during the stewing process, making the whole dish more flavorful.

First process the chicken and cut it into pieces.

Cut green and red peppers into small sections (I only cut green peppers, red peppers are also needed)

Slice ginger, dice garlic, and cut green onion into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, add a little salt to prevent it from sticking to the pan, add chicken, add a little red oil and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add ginger, garlic, braised soy sauce, and beer.

Simmer over medium-low heat until the flavor is absorbed.
