Wolfberry fruit sushi
Overview
I think sushi is most suitable to eat in the hot season. First of all, you don’t have to suffer from the smoke and fire in the kitchen. Secondly, it tastes very refreshing and the light taste is also suitable for eating in hot weather! Today I made a fruit-flavored one, and also used wolfberry for dyeing. The beautiful color and sweet taste are very popular among children!

Wash the wolfberry with clean water

Then add 3 times the water and beat into wolfberry juice

After washing the rice, pour it into the wolfberry juice. If the wolfberry juice is not enough, add a little water to it. Just the same amount of water as usual for steaming rice!

Stir to mix evenly, then put in the rice cooker and boil the water to steam the rice!

Make sushi vinegar while the rice is steaming. Mix 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt evenly.

Cut the cantaloupe and banana into strips, and cut the raisins into thin dices!

After the rice is steamed, stir it with a rice spoon to dissipate the heat.

Then pour the sushi vinegar into the rice and stir evenly

Start rolling the sushi and place the nori on top of the sushi curtain

Then spread the rice evenly on top of the seaweed

Then apply salad dressing on the bottom

Place melon banana strips and raisin dices on top of the salad dressing!

Then roll it up from bottom to top and cut into 3 sections

Make a diagonal cut in the middle of each section and you're done!
