Overview
The boss of my first job was a woman who knew how to cook and loved life very much. I learned many dishes from her, and I learned this dish of meat from her, but there are many other ingredients that I can’t remember. There are only a few, but they are equally delicious.

Pork belly with skin, cut into pieces and washed
