Ingredients
Steps
-
Stuff the minced plum meat, add dried shrimps, eggs, cornstarch, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and salt.
-
Stir in the right direction.
-
Dice shrimp.
-
Dice sea cucumber. (The Atlantic sea cucumbers bought at Costco are very clean and have intestinal tendons, which are very crispy.)
-
Put the shrimp and sea cucumber into the meat filling.
-
Mix well.
-
Add chopped green onion and sesame oil and mix well.
-
Place the meat filling on the wonton wrapper and apply some water around it.
-
Fold in half and pinch both sides toward the middle. Big meat wontons would be nice.
-
Arrange extra wontons on a flat plate dusted with flour, freeze until hard, and place in a plastic bag.
-
Place the wontons into a pot of boiling water.
-
Boil until the water boils for about 2-3 minutes. Pour in 1 bowl of cold water and continue cooking until the wontons float to the surface of the water, the skin becomes transparent, and the wontons are ready when you feel that they are filled with water.
-
Serve the soup and cook the green vegetables.
-
Put the wontons into a bowl, add green vegetables, top with soup, sprinkle some chopped green onion, and you're ready to eat.
-
Delicious three-fresh wontons.
