Grate the zucchini into shreds, add salt, squeeze out the water after ten minutes, soak the vermicelli, cut into sections, beat the eggs, fry into pieces, remove the heads, peel and cut the shrimp into sections. Add thirteen spices, salt, and stir clockwise.

Mix two bowls of noodles with cold water, knead into a dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. Grind into small pieces and roll out the dumpling wrappers.
