Thaw the frozen cod pieces naturally, remove the scales and wash them, cut them into small pieces, absorb the water, add ginger, green onions, cooking wine, pepper, and salt and marinate for about ten minutes.

Add egg whites and flour to make a crispy paste, prepare corn flour separately;

Put the cod pieces into the crispy batter and mix well;
