Wash and blanch the ribs.

Onions, ginger, star anise, and rock sugar are ready.

Wash the blanched ribs and put them into the pot, add water, onion, ginger, star anise, and rock sugar.

Add soy sauce.

Add braised sauce and simmer.

Peel the yam, wash and cut into pieces.

When the ribs are simmered until they are eighty or nine times cooked, add the yam and continue simmering.

After simmering, add salt and stir-fry evenly.
