Soak dry rice noodles in advance

Slice beef, add oyster sauce, pepper, cornstarch, sugar and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Shred the carrots and cut the green vegetables into sections (I didn’t have onions at home, so I used green vegetables instead, it looks good with a bit of green)

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and stir-fry beef until it changes color

There is still some oil in the pot, add shredded carrots and fry until soft

Then add the green vegetable segments and stir-fry them
