Braised Fish with Daylily
Overview
Fish is rich in selenium, and regular consumption of fish has anti-aging and beauty effects. Eat an appropriate amount of meat in winter to increase calories and resist cold. Day lily is rich in nutrients and is delicious when used to stew fish.

Wash the fish, cut into pieces, mix with salt, oil, cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 8 minutes;

Wash the day lily, soak in warm water until soft, remove and drain;

Heat the pan, pour oil, fry the fish pieces over low heat, add a little shredded ginger; flip the other side and continue frying until the other side is slightly brown;

There is still oil in the frying pan of fish, add day lily and stir-fry until cooked;

Add the fried fish pieces, add a little water, add light soy sauce, and simmer over low heat;

Add salt and stir-fry evenly to reduce the juice. PS: If the fish is flipped multiple times, it will break easily.
