Simple Chongqing Noodles
Overview
Although the recipe is simple, the taste is no less than what you get in a noodle shop! I don’t know how many times I’ve made this. I never get tired of eating it. It’s the family’s favorite.

Add enough water to the pot to boil, then add noodles and rapeseed

The rapeseed is cooked and taken out. The rapeseed cooks very quickly

Cook the noodles until there is no white core and remove. I like to run it through cold water, which makes it stronger.
