Double flavor grilled steamed buns
Overview
Today I’m making sweet and salty baked buns. It is sweet with a strong milky aroma and a mellow and slightly salty cheese aroma. The salty flavor is garlic barbecue. Both flavors were very delicious.

Let’s first prepare the garlic barbecue flavoring. Prepare to peel more garlic. The amount of garlic depends on your preference for garlic flavor. It doesn't matter how much.

Mash the garlic into a puree, add half of the egg liquid, and mix well.

Add salt, pepper powder, cumin powder, chopped green onion, sesame seeds and peanut oil and mix well. It doesn’t matter if you have more or less of these seasonings depending on your personal taste. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili powder.

Now prepare the sweet ingredients as well. Melt the butter first.

Add sugar, half of the egg liquid, and condensed milk and mix well.

Slice the cold steamed buns.

Wrap the steamed bun slices separately and place them on the baking sheet. Wrap both sides. Put cheese slices on the sweet steamed bun slices.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put it in. It will be ready in about 10 minutes for the sweet one and about 15 minutes for the salty one. In fact, you can bake it for a while to make it crispier. But my guy couldn’t wait any longer.
