sea cucumbers (for three people), 5 pieces of green onions, 1 piece of ginger, 1 small piece of carrot, and 6 small pieces of broccoli.

Ready-to-eat sea cucumbers, thawed, washed, scalded in boiling water to remove the fishy smell, cooled to dry and set aside.

Wash broccoli and carrots, blanch, cool, dry and set aside.

Slice the ginger and cut the green onions for easy flavor. Mix a bowl of juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and starch separately. Add water and mix well.
