Spanish mackerel (blue-spotted mackerel)

Cut the Spanish mackerel into sections, remove internal organs and wash the blood

Onion, ginger, garlic and star anise for later use

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and peel them

Cut into pieces and can be minced

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise and saute until fragrant
