Daikon Pork Pie

Daikon Pork Pie

Overview

I am very happy to have tried organic vegetables from Xinyuan Sunshine Agriculture Co., Ltd. Thank you very much! The feeling of eating this vegetable is really different this time, because I have visited the Xinyuan Sunshine Safe Vegetable Base and seen the scientific management facilities of the base. While eating, I can think of the fairies I saw in the greenhouse vegetables that I saw on the day of the visit. There is a big white radish in the vegetable gift box. When I saw it, I thought of eating pie. Recently, I haven’t eaten my favorite pie for a long time because I am too lazy to grow hair. After seeing such a fairy-like big white radish, I finally got lazy and started to eat it, haha! I won’t go into details about the benefits of eating more white radish. Today, I will share with you a little tip I use to remove the odor from radish. After grating, cover it with plastic wrap and microwave it for seven minutes. Then let it cool and dry it, then mix it with the minced meat. In this way, the odor in the radish will evaporate. If you don’t believe it, you can give it a try!

  8. Mince the onion and ginger, cut the pork into cubes, and chop the white radish into quarters and set aside.

  9. Cut the white radish into shreds using a vegetable cutting machine (if you don’t have a machine, use a grater to grate into shreds.)

  17. Pour the woke noodles onto the chopping board sprinkled with thin noodles, roll them into strips without kneading, and cut into pieces.

    Daikon Pork Pie step 17
  18. Roll into dough

    Daikon Pork Pie step 18
  19. Wrap the mixed radish filling into a bun shape. (I packed 17 pieces of 400 grams of flour.)
