Cut into strips separately.

Heat oil in a pan, add peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, take out the peppercorns, then add garlic cloves and shredded potatoes.

Add a little salt and stir-fry the shredded potatoes, then add shredded carrots and peppers.

Stir fry over medium heat.

Add a small spoonful of Lee Kum Kee garlic chili sauce, add 3-5 sections of dried chili pepper, then add light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry. If you like it soft and waxy, add water and simmer. If you like it crispy, stir-fry a little longer.
