Overview

I froze the scallops I bought a few days ago because I had not finished eating them. I happened to have some tender cabbage cores at home a few days ago, so I took them out and stewed them with the cabbage. The soup was delicious and it went well with rice and noodles.

  1. Cut the young cabbage leaves into thin strips and defrost the edges.

  2. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry.

  4. Sauté until the cabbage is slightly soft.

  5. Add the skirt and appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

  6. Add appropriate amount of salt.

  7. Add a little stock essence.

  8. Cook until soft and mushy to your liking, add coriander and serve.
