Prepare the ingredients, peel and chop the garlic.

Peel off the old skin from the roots of asparagus, wash and cut diagonally into sections. Add a little salt and pepper to the shrimp, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Boil the water in the pot, add a little oil and salt, put the asparagus in and blanch it, drain it out and run it through cold water several times to control the moisture.
