Meat, three fresh chives box
Overview
Dad loves the chive box the most. I can’t stop eating 6 in a meal. My family likes to add sweet bean paste and oyster sauce when mixing the meat filling. The meat filling is more fresh, the leeks are fragrant, and the soup is delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour the warm water into the flour little by little and stir until it becomes fluffy
-
Knead the flour into a dough, let it rise in a warm place, and prepare the filling
-
Chop the onion and ginger into mince and put it into the meat filling. Pour in a little cooking oil, 2 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir the meat filling in one direction and mix well.
-
Beat 4 eggs, add egg liquid to the wok with hot oil, scramble the eggs, and let cool to room temperature.
-
After the eggs are fried and scattered, be sure to bring them to room temperature before mixing them into the meat filling.
-
Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces, put them into a clean basin, pour a little cooking oil into the leeks, and mix well. This kind of leeks will not produce water when mixed with stuffing, and the leeks will not turn black when frying the leek box.
-
Stir the minced chives mixed with oil into the meat filling, add a little salt and MSG and mix the filling well. You don't need too much salt, because the sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce are salty enough.
-
Take out the dough that has risen, knead it and cut it into pieces, which are larger than those for making dumplings.
-
Roll out the dough, about the size of your palm
-
Place the filling on the dough, about half as much as the dough.
-
Close the top and press the edges.
-
Sprinkle a little flour on the board and place the wrapped leek box to prevent the dough from sticking to the board.
-
Heat the electric baking pan, pour in cooking oil, and then put it into the wrapped leek box.
-
After 5 minutes, turn the leek box over.
-
After waiting for 5 minutes, stand the leek box up again and sear the bottom surface for about 4 minutes, and then you can take it out of the pot.
-
It’s out of the pan, paired with Laba garlic, it tastes great!
