Stir-fried shredded pork

We cut the pork tenderloin into shreds along the grain. Do not use a machine for this, as the texture will not be that good. Add soy sauce and a little bean paste. Ginger slices. Marinate the garlic for five minutes.

Add appropriate amount of water starch. Catch evenly and set aside.

Put a little rapeseed oil in the pot and fry the green pepper until raw. Remove from heat and set aside.

Rinse the pot and add a little more rapeseed oil.

When the oil is 70% hot, add the marinated shredded pork and stir fry.

Be sure to stir-fry quickly to heat evenly.

Add green pepper and appropriate amount of salt. Add a little more soy sauce.

Stir well and serve.
