Carved yam
Overview
Shredded yam, a traditional snack of the Han people and a New Year food, is a dessert in the Chinese New Year dishes. It is sweet and sticky, sweet and crispy, soft and sweet. Wash the yam, put it in a steamer and steam it for 20 minutes until cooked;
