Hot and sour tofu

Prepare ingredients: tofu, minced meat, garlic cloves, Northeastern sauerkraut.

Cut the tofu into cubes, rinse and chop the sauerkraut, and peel and smash the garlic cloves.

Boil appropriate amount of water, add tofu cubes and blanch for about 2 minutes. (This step removes the beany smell and makes the tofu firmer and less brittle)

Heat the pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry the oil until brown.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the sauerkraut and stir-fry for a while.

Add a little water.

Pour in the tofu, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer for about 6 minutes.

Add oyster sauce.

Add salt.

Add soy sauce.

Add chicken powder and a little sesame oil and stir-fry for a while.

Sprinkle with chili flakes and scoop up.
