Braised beef
Overview
Although today's braised beef dish is my creation, I added the sauce requested by my mother (as she said, this is the secret to delicious braised beef every time). My mother was indeed right. Adding this sauce immediately upgraded the taste of the beef, making it richer in taste. After cooking, simmer it slowly in the pot over low heat until the flavor is absorbed. After cooling, the cut texture is already amazing, isn't it?

Cut the beef tendon into large pieces and cook in cold water

Prepare spices

Boil to remove dirt and wash

Add spices to the wok

Add all the seasonings (the amount should be increased or decreased according to your own taste, but don’t use too much dark soy sauce, just a little for color)

After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and simmer

After about an hour and a half, when the juice is almost gone, turn off the heat and let it cool down
