  1. Prepare minced onion, ginger and garlic, set aside.

  9. Add sesame seeds and stir-fry for 3 minutes, depending on personal preference. I like my stir-fry to be dry, so the stir-frying time can be extended appropriately

  10. Add dark soy sauce for color, use oil to enhance the flavor, stir-fry evenly and then add minced garlic. This step must not be omitted to enhance the freshness
