  1. Prepare the required ingredients, clean them and set aside

  2. Slice zucchini and potatoes, slice ginger and garlic, shred small onion, green and red pepper, shred green onion and set aside

  3. Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in salt water for 10 minutes and set aside
