Chicken stewed with mushrooms
Overview
Many southern jm are also familiar with this dish. It is a special dish for Northeastern people. The mushrooms must be ground with hazelnut or red ground. The chicken must be made with small chicken and wide noodles. It is absolutely heavy and an absolute rice killer. If you like soup, you can add more water when stewing.

Mushrooms, gourd strips, and vermicelli should be soaked in warm water until soft. Soak vermicelli separately. Mushrooms should be washed and sanded

Chop the chicken into pieces and blanch to remove any blood stains

Heat oil in a pot, saute chicken pieces until fragrant, add onion, ginger and garlic

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry

Add the mushroom soaking water, marinated buns, gourd strips and mushrooms, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for an hour. Add vermicelli before serving, cook until the vermicelli is soft, then turn off the heat and serve on a plate
